The coupon code will be solely attributed to your account, meaning any order that uses the code will count as your conversion. It can be used in addition to, and even in replace of, your original affiliate link.
An email or text will be sent with tracking when an order ships. Customers may have not received tracking for the following reasons:
Your order has not shipped yet. Our 1-4 business day processing times applies to most orders. In some instances, processing may require a few additional days.
You may have input an incorrect email or phone number at checkout.
Your order may have been custom made-to-order. Our personalized & engraved gifts collection is typically always on schedule with 2-3 day processing times. However, other items may be handmade by the manufacturer if not in stock, requiring some extra days.
In some cases, tracking information is sent as soon as its available, which may be before carrier picks up the item. If your tracking states "sender is preparing item for posting" or something similar, know that we are working hard to process your order as quickly as possible.
We are unable to provide any additional information other than what our customers can find out using their tracking number as this is the best (and essentially only) source of information available (even from mail carrier support). Thus, please refrain from contacting us until all relevant FAQs are reviewed carefully and at least 15 days have gone by since tracking has updated.

If it does not track at 17track.net please try at sf-express.com/us/en/ (for some orders of LED neon light signs) or FedEx.com. Please allow a few additional days past our 1-4 business day processing time and check again.

We know nowadays most items do not originate in one's own country, even often brand name items simply have their manufacturing outsourced and they slap their logo on the products. The world today is truly a global marketplace. No, fonts cannot be customized. For some items, customers are able to choose from a variety of fonts using a dropdown menu. However, most items are personalized/engraved in only a single font type. The product example pictured provides a good idea of how the finished product will look.
In most cases, orders are processed in 2-3 business days and arrive in a total of 5-8 business days. Larger items may arrive in a total of 6-10 business days as they may be shipped by FedEx rather than USPS.
The main difference is the new (as of Feb 2019) dual color signs include designs with 2 colors instead of just one. Some customers may prefer the new designs with two colors, others may prefer the traditional signs with just 1 color. The new dual color signs include many similar designs but also some new ones as well.
Portrait and landscape are words that describe the orientation of the sign to confirm that the dimensions are length x height. All design images shown are in landscape orientation. In most cases, portrait designs will be the same as landscape designs but slightly smaller and with more empty space at the top and bottom of the sign (due to a shorter length and an increased height). However, for some designs, the landscape version pictured may be slightly altered to better fit the portrait sign's dimensions, but the portrait sign itself will still include everything from the landscape design.
