This Lifetime Warranty applies to all LED neon light signs purchased from Wayupgifts.com after July 14, 2018.
What does this lifetime warranty cover?
This Lifetime Warranty covers any defects of the LED lights.
Under the warranty, Wayupgifts.com will replace, at no charge, parts of a product that proves defective because of underperformance or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Wayupgifts.com will send a brand new replacement LED light set.
How long does the coverage last?
The coverages lasts your lifetime or 100,000 hours/11.4 years of continuous running. To prevent abuse of the warranty, LED light replacements is limited to three times.
What does this lifetime warranty not cover?
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in the LED lights
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us with a statement that the LED lights are defective and that you have used the product for less than 100,000 hours. A photograph may be required.
