Returns

 

At Way Up Gifts nothing is more important than developing a relationship of Trust, and Loyalty with our customers. If you are unhappy with your product for whatever reason, don't fret as nearly every product is covered under our 30 day money back guarantee. The only exceptions to returns & refunds are personalized gifts, stuffed animals & exotic leather goods (unless there is an issue with the leather quality). The 30 Day Timeline:

 

 

 

Our 30 day money back guarantee lasts exactly 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.

 

 

  

If you received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

 

   

 

Just send us a couple photos of the defect or incorrect item(s) to sales@wayupgifts.com. We will arrange the replacement to be sent immediately.

 

 

 

  

If you received the item in good condition but would like a refund anyway:

 

 

 

Just send us a quick message asking for a refund and, to help us improve our shopping experience, a quick note about why you wish to return. Our customer service will be in contact with you to help complete the return transaction. In most cases, we will need you to send the item back to us, and the refund will be processed once we receive the item back.

 

 

 

 

Note: We do not refund shipping costs if applicable, and we also do not cover the shipping cost for the return. All returns must be sent with tracking.

 

   

 

 

Note: Due to copyright and anti-piracy laws in the United States, we cannot accept the return of any Book, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

 

 

 

 

Note: Please be aware that your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and be unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

 

 

 

 

Note: As mentioned earlier, personalized gifts and stuffed animals are exempt from refunds & returns. Exotic leather goods are also not eligible for refunds unless there is a quality issue with the leather.

Due to the nature of the products, personalized gifts & high-tech segway hoverboards cannot be canceled after the order has been placed.

 

 

 

 

All other items:

 

  


All other items are eligible to be canceled unless the package has already been shipped. If the latter is the case, the item can still be returned should it be covered under our return policy.
