Where do your products ship from?
All products ship from the USA except our LED neon signs and custom wood signs. Product locations and expected delivery dates are in blue text at the top of each product page. Eligible returns are all processed in the USA.
What does (Qty of 2) mean in a product title?
Some listings offer items in quantities of 2 or more at one low price. Most of these items are not sold individually and are offered at bulk discounts.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please use a physical address such as a home, apartment or business address.
Do you ship Canada and the UK?
Yes! Our LED neon light signs and custom wood signs ship to Canada and the UK. Note all other products only ship within the USA.
How do I personalize an item?
