I truly like my light, however I had no idea the black backing was to be placed with the sign in order for the lights to show up more. I threw the black backing away. It wasn't until I researched more neon signs, and read that the black backing helps the sign show up more. I'm disappointed. Is there any way possible the company can send me another black backing?
