Love the sign. Quality craftsmanship, unfortunately, my order arrived with a non-functioning light and or damaged cord. I requested a new cord and a new LED strip be sent to me and I believe this company will provide it. I'm guessing it was damaged in the shipping process. I reached out a few times during the shipping process to track and they were super responsive. Order #2223. The order is a gift for Christmas and I"ll let the recipient know the light is on the way. It's a Pool room sign, very cool. I plan to order more and I'll update this review when the company resolves my issue.
