Q1: How do I personalize an item?

Enter your desired personalization into the special instructions box in the shopping cart at checkout.

Q2: Can I change the font on a personalized item?

Currently, the font pictured is the only font available on our personalized gifts unless otherwise specified. The items will be personalized as pictured.

Q3: How many characters can I personalize my item with?

Due to personalization methods, we can only personalize the items with the specified character limit in the text boxes. You can always personalize items with less lines or less characters than the limit, of course.

 Q4: What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Simply contact us through our contact page and we will send a replacement immediately once the damage has been verified.

Q5: Do you ship to my country?

We ship all gifts worldwide except our personalized gifts, which currently only ship to the United States.

Q6: I have not received my item. What should I do?

Please allow the full time listed on our shipping & returns page (6-12 business days for Lite Signs™ and 5-8 business days for personalized gifts and RC Hobby Toys) before contacting us.
